Project managers must develop the ability to adapt to new cultural contexts quickly, comfortably, and successfully and move from simple cultural awareness to more sophisticated understanding and appreciation of cultural differences.
In this lecture, our speaker will share his experience and lessons learned while working on a complex project in Thailand and how culture and diversity had impacted on the project.
The aim of this lecture is to encourage project management professionals to adopt a different mindset that understands and accepts cultural diversity because it is equally important as the triple constraints as it can be a reason for a project to succeed or fail.
