There is much more to large-scale projects and programs than to a single large project. In this presentation, the speaker will share how to reach strategic goals, how to professionally manage a number of parallel-running projects, how to manage the requirements of all stakeholders and how to maintain an overall view while taking into consideration intercultural change management methods.
