Most organizations today are facing fast-moving changes in the external business environment, local and global economies, and disruptive technology. Many organizations need to advance their organization capabilities with advanced technology implementation. Such that, the organizations need to manage their workplace processes, people, and strategies to continuously transform and evolve in order to remain competitive. Organizational Change Management (OCM) becomes one of the key essential elements to help organizations' people through changes proactively. To manage their people side of change and to achieve the desired business goals of the organizations' transformation, the OCM is an essential element which many IT implementation projects can not be ignored but to include it in order to:

Speaker Profile

Dr. Thanasarn has more than 30 years of consultancy experience specialized in Project / Program Management and system integration and practices in Organization Change Management and Organization Development in many years. He earned Ph.D. in Organization Development, MBA in major of Computer Science. He was an IBM’s certified Strategy Consultant and IBM’s Certified Complex Program Manager and currently is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Key Experiences:
  • He has more than 30 years of consultancy experiences specialized in Project / Program Management and system integration management to many large clients, government agencies; specializing in Customer Relationship Management, Application Development in the full life cycle, Sub-contractor Management, Data management/governance Strategy, and Plan, Data Privacy advisory, Data Quality Management, Data warehousing, Data Analytics & Data Science, Knowledge management, Social Business Adoption, IT strategy and master plan, Organization Change Management, and Organization Development, IT Professional Competency Development and Training, Team Building activities.
  • He earned Ph.D. in Organization Development, MBA in major of Computer Science. He was an IBM’s certified Strategy Consultant and IBM’s Certified Complex Program Manager. Currently, he is a PMI's Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • He was a former leader unit of IBM’s Business Analytics and Change management in Global Business Services. He also practices in Organizational Change Management for many years.
  • Major Organizational Change Implementation experiences: - Bangkok Bank for the new Contact Center project. - PTTGC for SAP ECC 6.0, consolidation of the existing SAP instances of SAP-Chemical, SAP-Aromatics, and SAP-Refinery into one global SAP instance. SAP modules include logistics, financial & controlling, financial supply chain management, and GRC. - AYA Bank in Myanmar for their new Core Banking project. - Bangchak for their Program Management Framework. - Thai Airways for their Data Management project. - PTTOR for their Data Governance project
