Event Details

Oil and Gas industry is one of the most critical operations in the production sphere. Every state of the art technology and methodology is implemented into the highly demanding management and production processes. Project Management techniques and especially Risk Management methods, are widely used in order to provide appropriate responses to the emerging cross disciplinary risks; health, safety, security and the environment (HSSE). Our speaker, who has plenty of experience in this field, will share tools and techniques to manage risks in such type of environments. The session will also focus on her lessons learned from this industry and how to deliver projects safely, without necessarily shifting the focus of completion within the expected objectives.
