With decades of combined experience in leading complex projects, these professionals are committed to a rigorous and fair evaluation process—ensuring that each nominated project is reviewed with the insight, integrity, and professionalism that define PMI.

Klaus Rappolt

Klaus Rappolt is a senior director working for the Capgemini Financial Services Global Business Unit in the APAC region, based in Hong Kong. Klaus has extensive experience with large scale / complex / multi-site / multi country projects and programs as well as all aspects of ERP implementations / ”rollouts”.

Klaus fulfilled various roles including Program Management & Project Management, Solution Architecture & System Integration and Functional Consulting. Klaus also worked in various PMO roles. He gained his experience across various sectors like, Financial Services, Real Estate, Media, Chemical, Pharma, Construction, Services and Manufacturing. In the past, he worked with KPMG Management Consulting & Price Waterhouse Coopers Management Consulting in Germany and KPMG Management Consulting & Capgemini Technology Consulting in Australia.

He is a certified PMP (Sep-2005) and member of PMI and PMI Thailand Chapter since June 2005.

Palanichamy Muthiah

Palanichamy Muthiah (nick named “Chamy”) is a consultant specializing in business process optimization, service quality assurance, delivery excellence, change management and project management with over 30+ years of experience in the IT and Telecom Industry.  He has worked with Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation.

He has delivered many telecom solution consulting projects, successfully led multi-country project delivery team in complex projects with budgets ranging up to 35 million dollars, resulting in reduction in operational costs, improved service delivery quality and delivery time for major customers in Asia Pacific and Japan.

He has an Executive MBA (dual major: Management of Technology and International Business) from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, Thailand.  He is a certified PMP since Sep-2005 and member of PMI & Bangkok Chapter since Jun-2000.

Veerachai Suvarnapruksa

Veerachai Suvarnapruksa spent many years in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry Operations, including drilling, completions, well testing, well interventions, production, oil and gas metering, logistics base management, FPSO and FSO storage Oil Terminals management, and crew boat / supply boats / AHTS management, in international and domestic areas spanning from Europe, to the Middle East as well as Southeast Asia Vietnam and Thailand.

In his latest role up from 2012 to 2022, Veerachai has been focusing in applying engineering management principles to Greenfield and Brownfield Projects at the national oil company in Thailand, as Senior Facilities Support Engineer. Veerachai received his CAPM certificate since December 2019 and is an active participant to PMI Thailand Chapter.

Tze Ee Ong

Tze Ee Ong — Senior Project Manager | PMP® Certified

With over 28 years of experience in the IT industry and more than 20 years leading global projects, Tze Ee Ong is a results-driven Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives across software development, IT infrastructure, and process improvement. He has successfully led cross-functional teams for global organizations such as Intel, Dell, and DXC Technology, serving industries including manufacturing, finance, telecommunications, and media.

PMP® certified since 2010, Tze Ee excels at structured execution, stakeholder alignment, and driving strategic outcomes. He remains at the forefront of emerging technologies—particularly in AI and automation—and actively integrates these insights to modernize project delivery approaches. A strong advocate of continuous improvement, Tze Ee is committed to mentoring future project managers and promoting knowledge sharing across teams to build a culture of excellence and innovation.

Ananya Vilaskhamphee

Ananya Vilaskhamphee is a Programme Manager at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where she leads the technology delivery of risk intelligence initiatives. Her career spans both private and public sectors, with prior roles at The Stock Exchange of Thailand, SCB, and Gartner. She holds an MSc in Business Information Management from Henley Business School, University of Reading, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Analysis from University of California, Irvine. A certified PMP, Ananya has contributed to the project management community since 2013, including volunteer engagement with the PMI Thailand Chapter.

Petros Rigas

Dr. Petros Rigas is a highly accomplished project management professional with over a decade of leadership experience, having served as President of the PMI Thailand Chapter from 2011 to 2023, and currently acting as Past President and Chapter Counselor. He holds multiple globally recognized certifications, including PMP®, PgMP®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-RMP®, CSM®, and SAFe® SPC 6.0. Dr. Rigas has led and managed complex mega-projects across infrastructure, IT, airport systems, transportation, and energy sectors, and is also a specialist in commercial contract management.

As a PMI-authorized PMP Instructor, he has trained over 5,000 professionals in Thailand and has helped more than 800 individuals achieve PMP/CAPM certification. He is a part-time lecturer at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi and a visiting speaker at Chulalongkorn University. Dr. Rigas holds a doctorate from Assumption University and has published internationally in the field of business management. His passion lies in developing project leaders and advancing the profession through impactful training and mentorship.
