This may also lead to unexpected costs and wasted resources. Change Management is a collective term for all approaches to prepare and support individuals, teams, projects and organizations.

He will then discuss how project managers should prepare to manage projects by using adequate tools and techniques timely and involving a change management team to achieve project outcomes.
Palanichamy Muthiah (nick named “Chamy”) is working at Microsoft as Delivery Excellence Lead (SQA) forEnterprise Services, APAC area. Prior to Microsoft, he has worked at DEC, Compaq and Hewlett-Packard. He has over 25 years of experience, as Consultant and Architect, Project/Program Manager, and Services Practice Lead. He has delivered many telecom consulting projects, successfully delivered many IT Projects and managed Project teams in Thailand, Philippines and in other Asia Pacific countries including Japan.
He has studied Executive MBA (MoT and IB) from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, Thailand. He is a certified PMP (Sep-2005) and member of PMI and PMI Thailand Chapter since June 2000.
