Khun Ramachandran defined each of the terms and demonstrated how they are interrelated, as well as showed the differences, with real life examples. The presentation also highlighted how to deal with risk and crisis on a project and the tools that are used to measure the effectiveness for each of them. Other inter-related ITIL topics such as Incident Management and Change Management, which most of the times trigger crisis management, were also discussed.
