“Project benefits realization is often set to the immediate / direct gains that an organization aims to accrue at the onset of the business case development. Additional gains that an organization reaps, go far beyond that which was targeted at the scoping stage of a project, yielding far greater value than planned or envisaged. The case study will demonstrate the impact an initiative initially intended to address technology competencies improvements in people in an organization, resulted in changes that significantly transformed the organisations adaptation of technology enabled capabilities.”
