What do Values & Ethics mean for you as project managers? Why is it important for you and your project team to follow PMI’s Code of Business Ethics? What are the basics of working with third parties? Why should you be careful while sharing the company’s or clients’ proprietary and confidential information with others? Is it okay to accept extravagant gifts from clients, or sponsor their lavish dinners and expensive vacations? Confidentiality is an especially sensitive issue to certain clients due to regulations in many countries that require companies and related entities to meet specific confidentiality and privacy laws as it relates to their customers’ data. That is why it’s equally important to understand guidelines around personal data security as well, for your own information and to protect our clients’ customers. Find answers to all such questions and more during this lecture.Three copies of the “Ethical Executive” will be given away.
