Lecture Details

This 2-3 hour session describes the PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification and explains the detailed process involved in earning this designation. The speaker will go through the eligibility requirements for the certificate, the PMI-ACP exam structure, and the recommended approach to prepare yourself for the exam. The speaker will also address the Agile Mindset as well as explain the need for project managers to become familiar with Agile values, principles, and techniques necessary to improve project delivery.

He has helped certify more than 500 Project Management Professionals (PMP/CAPM/PMI-ACP) in Thailand.
He is also a highly experienced speaker and trainer who is also passionate about Project Management.
He is passionate about the Agile methodologies and their applications in different business environments.
