Workshop Overview:

Continuing on his 17 July lecture to the PMI Thailand chapter, our facilitator will focus on the ways that Project Managers sabotage their own power and influence by perpetuating behaviors that diminish their status.  We’ll focus on real-life situations from the participants to reinforce positive behaviors and find real-world solutions to improve their ability to lead and deliver projects.  Come prepared to sharpen your skills and be a star on your team.

Clay speaks regularly on Project Leadership and PMO transformation, helping PMs gain confidence, skills and tools to lead the next generation of projects. He holds an MA in Public Policy and Implementation from UC Santa Barbara and is certified as a Senior Mediator.
