Many projects meet deadlines yet fail to create value for the people they were intended to serve. This session explores a different perspective on delivery. Instead of treating milestones as the primary driver of progress, project leaders examine how empathy, feedback, and iteration shape better outcomes.
Deliver by Design introduces an approach where each phase of a project is treated as a learning cycle. Teams surface friction early, test assumptions, and refine solutions before major budget or schedule commitments occur. This approach strengthens decision making while maintaining the discipline required for reliable delivery.
Participants will explore how human-centered thinking, iterative planning, and early risk visibility help leaders adapt to changing conditions while keeping projects aligned with stakeholder needs.
Teeraphol Ambhai is an exceptional digital talent known for his consistently constructive and collaborative approach to 
working with his team and cross-functional teams. He demonstrates a high-level understanding of project management and a strong growth mindset.
Teeraphol has been recognized for his outstanding achievements, winning the Healthcare Marketing Specialist of the Year 2024 (South East Asia) award from MarTech Awards and being named one of the 10 Top Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) 2024 by JCI Thailand.
Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Communication Arts (D.Com.Arts), Teeraphol also serves as an adjunct lecturer at UTCC. Over the past two years, he has volunteered as a speaker for the PMI Thailand Chapter, sharing his expertise in project management and technology.
