Quality control is important because it is the foundation of your project’s success. When we provide advanced planning and set quality standards early on, we reduce the risk of making costly mistakes once construction begins. Focusing on quality control can also improve the safety of a project. Every contractor and construction firm has the intention to offer the best quality services, but many obstacles can pop up along the way to interrupt these plans. A single mistake is all it takes to trigger a series of events that can lead to expensive reworks. In this presentation, we try to point out these factors and how we can improve the processes to have an achievable and acceptable quality in the projects.
