More often than less, projects take more time, show budget overruns with planned objectives are not being met. The traditional generation of project managers using the traditional tools and techniques typically cannot explain the root cause of the problems. Digital natives (generation X/Y/Z) however question everything. The “digital immigrants” are suspicious when they meet the “digital natives” The sessions aims to build a bridge for the different generations of project managers using real life examples from the more recent history.
The audience will be asked to interact and share experience for which 5 vouchers from Amazon will be granted to participants.
