About this Workshop

We will learn about how to think strategically during an economic slowdown and how to better lead our project portfolios to make better choices when we plan and execute innovation projects.

Workshop Synopsis

  • In this workshop, we will explore the strategic management process of defining a viable level of investments for an innovation portfolio and how it relates to planning and executing projects in all the innovation phases, especially from initiation, to ideation to incubation to scaling.
  • We will explore why traditional strategic planning and management methods are insufficient to handle both the requirements for speed, creativity, economic belt-tightening and the impacts on managing an innovation portfolio.
  • Designed around group interactions, we’ll work together to solve the common challenges that face all of us both as innovators and managers in Thailand.
