Workshop Synopsis: Project Culture is probably one of the most important elements when executing a project. Especially if it comes to multinational projects this topics needs specific and conscious focus. Failing to understand the cultural environment of both territorial culture and corporate culture will lead to unnecessary delays of projects and cause a significant overrun of the budget.
