A robust Project Management methodology must be developed and implemented for use throughout the organization. Sebastian Gallschuetz is managing the Project & Program Management of Linxens, a global leader in the design and manufacture of Microconnectors, RFID Antennas and Inlays addressing a wide range of vertical markets.
Sebastian has a Master of Science in Industrial Management and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and during his 20 years career in the Electronics Industry in Germany and abroad he held various leading roles in R&D, Product Management and Project & Program Management in organizations sized from 50 to 3000 employees with offices and manufacturing sites in Europe, Asia, North and South America.
Throughout the years, Sebastian gained a wide-ranging knowledge in developing and implementing new Project Management processes and tools. He enjoys leading Project Management teams and uplifting competency, soft skills and the quality of how projects are managed to boost success rates and drive strategy execution of an organization.
Maik Nysar is a Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in government projects at Smartrac/Linxens. Prior to that, he began his career in the semiconductor industry, specializing in process development in Germany. His work has spanned various projects, including production relocation, machine/process & product development, and site security certification projects in both Germany and Thailand. He remains actively engaged in several Government ID projects across Europe.
In 2016, he became a PMI member and obtained his PMP shortly after in 2017, actively promoting PMI-oriented thinking within Linxens. Beyond his professional pursuits, Maik enjoys playing card and computer games and is an enthusiastic indoor cyclist.
