Introduction & Welcome Notes (6:30 pm – 6:45 pm)
- Opening remarks by the outgoing and incoming PMI Thailand Board.
Meet the New Board (6:45 pm – 7:00 pm)
- Introduction of the PMI Thailand Chapter Board members for 2024-2026.
Dinner at The Okura Prestige (7:00 pm – 7:45 pm)
- Enjoy a fine dining experience with a specially curated international buffet.
2024 Achievements & 2025 Plans (7:45 pm – 8:15 pm)
- Summarize the year’s events, activities, and accomplishments.
- Unveil the 2025 calendar, including confirmed speakers and events.
Election Matters (8:15 pm – 8:30 pm)
- Discuss important election-related matters, ensuring the Chapter’s continued growth.
Recognition of Certification Achievements (8:30 pm – 8:45 pm)
- Congratulate members who earned their PMP and PMI-ACP certifications in 2024.
Lucky Draw & Special Prizes (8:45 pm – 8:55 pm)
- Join us for a fun-filled draw with exciting prizes to celebrate the upcoming year.

For this year’s PMI Thailand Chapter Annual Meeting, we are excited to announce that it will take place at the prestigious Okura Prestige Hotel in Bangkok. This five-star hotel, renowned for its elegant and luxurious atmosphere, is located in the heart of Bangkok on Wireless Road (Wittayu), and it offers a perfect blend of Japanese hospitality and Thai warmth.

The Okura Prestige is famous for its spectacular facilities, including the Grand Ballroom, which features high ceilings, luxurious decor, and state-of-the-art equipment, making it an ideal venue for our event. Members will also enjoy dining at the hotel’s top-rated restaurant, Up & Above, which serves a variety of international and Asian cuisines, ensuring a memorable culinary experience.

This year, we have chosen this stunning venue to show our appreciation for your continued support and membership with PMI Thailand. While the registration fee covers part of the cost, the PMI Thailand Chapter will subsidize the difference to offer our members this premium experience at a reduced fee.
