  • July 15, 2020 - 6:00pm

After major crises, the construction industry has to rethink how to cope with new challenges and how to manage, if not mitigate or eliminate, the consequential impacts. To say a few, the 2011 flooding in Thailand has changed the infrastructure design criteria and water resource management. Similarly, the Covid-19 pandemic has reshaped ways and walks of life, personally and professionally. Property Developers are seeking the best new ways to earn profit and sustain their business growth. They look to spend more carefully while trying to make good money. Designers are rethinking the concept of home. Contractors are responsible for the new upkeep of work in distancing conditions.
The lessons learned from those major crises and alike are keys to success for Project Managers in strengthening your team for ongoing projects and those to come. Do you want to cope better with today’s challenges and get ahead in winning your future projects? Come learn firsthand from one of the best Managing Directors in the Project Management Consultancy arena.
