The Start Up ecosystem is growing rapidly – more often than not, the ideas are big, the enthusiasm is high but the teams are small, the budget is tight. The founders are the ‘do-ers’, and are quick to execute, and quicker to fail and restart.
A good Project Management system in place can help the Start Ups give a good view point on where they stand, what risks they face, and how they can execute in the most optimum manner. Each Start Up has a different dynamic of its own – sometimes just putting in the basic sense of PM structure is all that is required to give a big picture.

As a 5 year Entrepreneur, she has worked with a variety of projects in several industries, and mentored projects under the UN Redd Program.
