Thailand and the ASEAN region are going through significant social and cultural changes, resulting in shifts in norms, increased points of tensions and a fluid environment. As a Project Manager, a critical component of your value is an awareness of change and its impacts. Identifying trends and patterns of change, understanding the context and roots of that change, the ability to assess the impacts of change to employ tools and strategies to mitigate potential risks are key to successful project performance. This talk will be a high-level discussion about change on a culture/societal level and to explore insights and implications that you may apply to your respective working environments.
