Projects are part of our daily lives. Each one of us may have experienced a project at some point in our life. From organizing an event to a product development initiative, or perhaps even an ERP system implementation, each one of us may have taken on different roles and responsibilities in managing such initiatives. Some of us have invested our time and efforts to earning our PMP Certificate. Others have plenty of experience in managing projects but have not necessarily achieved certification. The question remains: is it worthwhile for us to invest our time and efforts in obtaining certification? Our speaker will share his personal experiences in using the PMBOK Guide to manage an Exhibition Project out of Taipei. He will reflect on his learnings from the PMBOK and how that assisted him in delivering and engaging effectively with all project stakeholders. The discussion will be quite interactive and we look forward to having you all with us.
