- Risk Status Report – used for regular reporting of risk management processes.
- Risk Register – risk register worksheet for all types of projects.
- Risk Checklists – checklist of risk management from the initiation stage through to the final completion stage.
Khun Phathawan Chaicholsup has extensive experience in the banking industry specifically in implementing IT projects. She is currently a ‘Core Banking Business Analysis Expert’ at Kasikorn bank. She has spent 28 years in the same bank where her main role focused on information technology, business and system analysis. She has been putting in place good practices and techniques for successful business and user needs elicitation as well as accurate specifications. Her experience brought her relevant expertise in requirements Analysis, Data Quality Assurance (DQA) and IT Risk Management thus contributing to the delivery of successful projects fulfilling the needs of the end users.
She holds a Master Degree in Total Quality Management (TQM) from Woverhampton University as well as a Bachelor Degree in Health Science Education from Srinakarinwiroth Prasarnmitr University.
