Tom has been a retained search executive in Thailand for the past 16 years and is recognized as one of
the absolute top headhunters in the country. He has now been recruiting for more than thirty years in Asia, Europe and Africa. He helps clients find candidates they cannot find; through retained executive search for permanent positions and short-term contracts to human capital consulting that includes career transition and a vast variety of recruitment assessment tools.
Tom is a permanent resident of Thailand and has now spent more than 20 years of his life here. He has served in several long-term voluntary executive roles, currently the Chairman of the Danish Management Society but also roles such as President of the Danish-Thai Chamber of Commerce, Director in the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Scandinavian Society Siam.
