Managing Project FOOD: Biggest Undertaking of your Life

This presentation speaks to FOOD and DRINK essential to our lives, and some of the realities facing each of us in attempting to live a healthy life. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE NEED, AND how might we apply our already understood project management principles and procedures to doing so? Despite huge amounts of information, and ways of accessing and displaying it, do we really understand what we are doing? And, how are we trying to control our own destiny in the face of the profit motive and the political systems that enable those profits while paying lip service to the well-being of humans dependent upon food and drink to survive? More and more it is clear that you and I are the guinea pigs in the system, encouraged to consume an endless variety of processed foods and ultimately poisonous liquids, at increasing cost to our WELL-BEING, lives and future.
