‘Must Haves’ When You Plan To Set-Up A PMO

Project Management standards help us making projects efficient and their deliverables reliable. This leads to measurable savings for a company. Those savings materialize in a real cooperation – no matter if it is big or small – by building up a Project Management Office (PMO). This speech focuses on the main deliverable one must have in order to make the PMO successful. Without achieving these core elements of a PMO the probability to fail is high, and on the other hand by implementing these topics the PMO will be a sustainable organization which contributes measurable savings to the company.
