Opportunity and Feasibility Studies for Project Managers

An opportunity and feasibility study will help the stakeholders better understand the project and the expected return on investment and will help identify the flaws, business challenges, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and unforeseen circumstances that might affect the success and sustainability of the project.

In addition, these studies will assist with project planning and enable you to estimate the cost, schedule, human and technological resources that will be required to ensure project success. They will also assist in establishing the budget plan, working capital and cash flow projections for the project.

During this presentation, we will discuss how to effectively utilize questionnaires and surveys as a tool to benefit your project success and how to effectively use the information to create your opportunity and feasibility study.
