Project status reports, progress updates, bid and contract documents, issues’ lists, and others are examples of tons of documents project managers accumulate over the course of one project. This month’s presentation addresses ‘Paperless’ Project Management, whereby our speaker will address strategies and techniques to improve: communication and effectiveness, contract and claim management and cost management and increasing profits.
Moreover, integrating project records from all parties involved in a project is vital for success. To help with such integration, the speaker will demonstrate two systems used successfully in construction projects.
