This presentation focuses on the success factors that drive and influence the development of real estate projects in Thailand. Our speaker with his vast experience in this field will discuss many points to help participants understand the mindset of real estate developers and their success factors. He will also discuss the impact that project management has on key performance factors in real estate development projects in Thailand. The presentation will also focus on the challenges facing the real estate sector in this ever-changing and challenging environment.
Theerathon Tharachai, Ph.D. has been working in real estate, construction, and investment since 1997. He is currently Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and deputy chairman of executive committee of Project Planning Service Public Company Limited (PPS:TB). His area of expertise includes Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Investment, and Real Estate Development. He earned a Ph.D. in Project Management and Construction Engineering from University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and an Executive MBA from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University. He has extensive teaching experience in Thailand, Vietnam and Myanmar. Currently, he is an adjunct professor at Asian Institute of Technology and an executive director of Engineering Institute of Thailand.
