He has now been recruiting for more than thirty years in Asia, Europe and Africa. Tom is a permanent resident of Thailand and has now spent more than 20 years of his life here. He has served in several long-term voluntary executive roles, currently the Chairman of the Danish Management Society but also roles such as President of the Danish-Thai Chamber of Commerce, Director in the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Scandinavian Society Siam.
Tom is an active blogger and columnist, writing thought leadership articles for Boyden’s web site, magazines and newspapers. You may have seen his monthly Human Resource Watch articles in the Bangkok Post that has been running for over two years.
