Safety, Health, and Environmental Metrics and Risk Management

“Traditional Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) metrics in relation to the overall Risk Management Plan as defined in PMBOK”  Safety and Health are tracked through leading and lagging indicators and US-OSHA has specific quantification requirements that can be used in your risk management planning.  Environmental risks can lead to catastrophic costs and exposure through government regulations and fines.  SHE risk opportunities are often overlooked by the consultant and liabilities discounted by the contractor.  The lecture will investigate how to work these matters in the risk management domains and experience of implementation with a global leader in engineering, consulting and infrastructure projects.  Included will be a review of the Monte Carlos analysis that is an advantageous preparation for the PMI-RMP exam.
