The success (or failure) of a project can be predicted based on whether stakeholders’ expectations and perception of the project’s objectives have been defined and by determining the extent to which these objectives are being fulfilled. In this presentation, the speaker will cover some useful tools for stakeholder identification and management and review some notable high-profile case studies. The session will also include interaction with the attendees to discuss identifying and managing stakeholders using an example from the speaker’s own project experience.
