Chrisda Perin is a seasoned process and project management professional with over 20 years of experience in the chemical and food processing industries. He has led numerous capital investment and engineering projects across Southeast Asia, with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Chrisda specializes in front-end loading (FEL), risk analysis, Six Sigma, and integrating Agile principles into industrial project environments. He has held leadership roles in multinational companies where he was responsible for developing CAPEX plans, executing complex installations, improving production processes, and ensuring environmental and safety compliance under ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standards.

Chrisda is also experienced in digital transformation and performance optimization using tools like Earned Value Management (EVM), critical path scheduling, and SAP. His passion lies in bridging technical engineering with strategic business outcomes, empowering teams to deliver value through structured project execution and continuous improvement.
