Palanichamy Muthiah (“Chamy”) is a senior consultant specializing in program/project management, delivery excellence, change management over 30 years across IT and Telecommunication sectors. Chamy has held key roles in managing complex projects, leading and coaching teams in Asia and globally. He has served Microsoft Corporation, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation. At Microsoft, Chamy has served as Delivery & Capacity Excellence Program Manager and Service Quality Assurance Lead & Delivery Excellence Lead, focusing on enhancing customer experience, service delivery quality, risk management, technology change and adoption management. At Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, has served as a Delivery Manager, overseeing the Communications and Media Solution (CMS) practice for Thailand and Philippines. He has led a team of project managers, consultants and architects in delivering complex Telecom solutions, large scale IT strategy projects, and solution integration projects. Chamy is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP® – Sep 2005) and a certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci® – Nov 2017). He is a member of PMI global and PMI Thailand Chapter since Jun 2000.
