If a project is important enough to use a structured Project Management approach to identify goals, make the right decisions, understand and influence stakeholders, and plan for and manage performance to achieve success, isn’t our life as important to apply a similar structure in managing it better? Would it be beneficial to teach our youth these skills in schools (beyond the conventional academic knowledge) at an early age, to instill the key Project Management skills in them so that they can start applying them, and reap the benefits in their lives and careers?
This presentation explores ways we can best use these essential “life skills” to make our lives and those around us more effective and efficient and help us realize our personal goals.
