“Every task in life has the potential to be a project.” This meeting was presented in 2 parts. It began with a short exercise in communications. The speaker’s goal was to have every attendee attempt to go from Initiation through Closure of a very simple project. Surely it was a good exercise for Project Managers to hone their communication skills.
