Event Details

This one-day workshop,Leadership, Culture & Inclusion in Project Management, is designed to help project managers expand their leadership capabilities by understanding how culture, diversity, and inclusion impact project success. Grounded in real-world examples, case studies, and interactive activities, the session explores the evolving role of the project leader—not just as a manager of tasks, but as a catalyst for team cohesion, cultural awareness, and inclusive collaboration. Participants will examine different leadership styles, the influence of organizational culture, and the power of diverse teams in driving project outcomes.

Throughout the day, attendees will engage in hands-on exercises, role plays, and group discussions to develop practical strategies for leading across cultures, fostering psychological safety, and addressing unconscious biases within their teams. The workshop culminates in the creation of a personalized leadership action plan, empowering each participant to apply what they’ve learned to real projects. Whether you're leading local initiatives or global teams, this workshop equips you with the tools to lead with empathy, clarity, and cultural intelligence.
