A chapter platform for project excellence

The award was launched by PMI Thailand Chapter in 2025 to spotlight organizations that apply project management with exceptional professionalism, innovation, and business or social impact.

  • Eligibility Snapshot

    What kinds of projects can enter?

  • Projects completed within the past three years.
  • Preference for projects delivered in Thailand or led by Thai organizations or investors.
  • Any industry is welcome, provided the submission demonstrates disciplined delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Budget bands include 1–10 million THB, 10–50 million THB, and over 50 million THB.
  • Multiple submissions per company are welcome.
  • Projects should be completed within 18 months and not previously submitted to PMI global awards.

    How submissions will be evaluated

    Every nomination is reviewed by an independent panel with a focus on disciplined execution, meaningful outcomes, and the way the team responded to real project complexity.

    Adherence to PMI Standards

    How clearly the project applies globally recognized project management principles, frameworks, and disciplined governance throughout the lifecycle.

    Business or Social Impact

    The measurable value created through the project, whether commercial, operational, sustainability-led, or community-facing.

    Execution Excellence

    The quality of planning, delivery, monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across the work.

    Challenge Management

    How the team responded to complexity, uncertainty, and difficult constraints with sound judgment and effective decision-making.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    The strength of communication, stakeholder trust, and alignment throughout the project journey.

    Organizational Learning

    The broader contribution to team capability, institutional learning, and future project performance.

    Has more than 30 years of leadership experience across IT and telecom, including multi-country complex delivery programs with budgets up to USD 35 million and a strong record of operational improvement across Asia Pacific and Japan.
