Event Details

Effective interface management is one of the most critical success factors in complex construction projects, yet it is often underestimated. In this lecture, the speaker will explore best practices and tools for managing interfaces between disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders, drawing on frameworks from the PMI Construction Professional certification. Through practical examples from large-scale industrial projects in Southeast Asia, he will illustrate how structured interface management improves coordination, reduces risks, and enhances project delivery. Attendees will gain actionable insights into evaluating their need for interface management, implementing interface registers, communication protocols, and monitoring techniques that can be applied directly to their own construction environments.
