Upon registration and completion of payment, you will need to send us:

1. Scanned and Signed copy of your ID Card or Passport.
2. Signed Access Agreement that we will provide after your registration and payment.

We need to send both documents to Supernap Management at least 2 days prior to the event. We required your kind cooperation in that matter.

An ATK test result will also be required 2 days prior to the event.

If you are a PMI Thailand Chapter member, these PDUs will be registered for you by the Chapter. If you are not a member, you will have to submit these PDUs yourself.
