Experience PM Using a Fun Team-Building Game

Through an interactive fun event, the objective is to emphasize the principles of project management. Various teams will complete with each other trying to achieve the objective outlined in a case study. The team members will play various roles and will experience the typical challenges in a project by using a pre-defined scenario whilst “playing a project management game”. The winning team will get a cash price but has to pass the challenges of a project managers dilemma.

Klaus has extensive experience with large scale / complex / multi site / multi country projects and programs as well as all aspects of SAP/systems implementations / ”rollouts”.
Klaus fulfilled various roles including Program Management & Project Management, Solution Architecture & System Integration and  Functional Consulting. Klaus also worked  in various PMO environments. He gained his experience across various sectors, including: Financial Services, Real Estate, Media, Chemical, Pharma, Construction, Services and Manufacturing. In the past, he worked with KPMG Management Consulting  & Price Waterhouse Coopers Management Consulting in Germany and KPMG Management Consulting  & Capgemini Technology Consulting in Australia.

He has studied Executive MBA (MoT and IB) from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, Thailand.  He is a certified PMP (Sep-2005) and member of PMI and PMI Thailand Chapter since June 2000.
