Human Resource Management for Better Project Results

You may have all the certifications in the world but you may not be able to manage projects effectively. You may manage projects to completion and you may meet your customer expectations but that does not necessarily imply you’ve managed your people effectively. Unless your project team is completely committed to you as a leader and to your organization as the ultimate example for success, you may always end up spending more money and time than is necessarily required. Our session this month focuses on the project team and how a project manager or director should interface effectively with all members to ensure team cohesion, harmony as well as synergy. Yes the team’s happiness with the director or the manager may never be assessed by the organization, however, it is one area that requires much attention and that our speaker will focus on this month.

Chokchai Wasinanont has 28 years of experience managing teams in many areas including but not limited to Manufacturing, Material Requirements Planning (MRP) implementation, and Financial Distribution Manufacturing (FDM) implementation. He has managed both sales and implementation support teams in the software industry including Database Management Systems, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Systems, and Data Mining Systems. He has a Bachelor Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Aircraft, as well as Helicopter Maintenanc
