You may have all the certifications in the world but you may not be able to manage projects effectively. You may manage projects to completion and you may meet your customer expectations but that does not necessarily imply you’ve managed your people effectively. Unless your project team is completely committed to you as a leader and to your organization as the ultimate example for success, you may always end up spending more money and time than is necessarily required. Our session this month focuses on the project team and how a project manager or director should interface effectively with all members to ensure team cohesion, harmony as well as synergy.
