Mr. Udom has more than 15 years’ experience in a wide range of procurement and legal practices. He has substantial experience in procurement, contract drafting and negotiation and project management; and his practice emphasizes tax planning and managing key project risk from pre-construction to post construction. He has been responsible for more than 10 mega projects in gas industry with more than 2 billion USD in total amount. Currently, he leads project teams advising how to deal with international licensors, vendors, consultants, EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractors on various projects in relations to law and tax in project management.
