Procurement and Contract Management for Project/Program Managers

This topic caters to all professionals at every level of experience and background. For those with less experience and background on Thai regulations and business structures, it will give them a basic tool kit of what the procurement process looks like. It will also convey the major terms and conditions and perspectives of owners, contractors and manufacturers, as well as familiarly with what the major exceptions and deviations during negotiation phases and how to manage them. For those with experience in this field, it will be a master class on contracts, covering the key commercial and technical issues in the market today.

Udom-322x428Mr. Udom has more than 15 years’ experience in a wide range of procurement and legal practices. He has substantial experience in procurement, contract drafting and negotiation and project management; and his practice emphasizes tax planning and managing key project risk from pre-construction to post construction. He has been responsible for more than 10 mega projects in gas industry with more than 2 billion USD in total amount. Currently, he leads project teams advising how to deal with international licensors, vendors, consultants, EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractors on various projects in relations to law and tax in project management.
